Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, please review our returns policy below.

Your Right to Cancel

If you have purchased a product online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs, as applicable.

Exemptions to Returns

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used, unless it is faulty.
  • If the product has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage or handling.
  • For hygiene reasons Eyechainz® cannot accept returns of used products, especially given our strict health & safety policy for items worn near the eye. For this reason returns been broken or tampered with.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at orders@eyechainz.com with your order number, the reason for return and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.

Once approved, please return the product to:

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Ensure you include the complete returns information we will give you on approval to enable the refund to be processed.
