Welcome to Eyechainz Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using our website www.eyechainz.com and purchasing our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean the order is accepted. A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email with dispatch details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
• We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are free for all orders over £20.

• The supplier shall ensure that the products are shipped within sixty (60) hours of the Fulfilment Order, excluding non-Business Days and up to ten (10) additional working days during the
  Christmas period.
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., postal delays,  strikes, customs delays).

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging
• For hygiene reasons Eyechainz® cannot accept returns of used products, especially given our strict health & safety policy for items worn near the eye. For this reason returns will not be given if the hygiene seal has been broken or tampered with.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

• We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.
• As many items are handmade or use natural materials, small differences in finish, tone, or stone appearance are expected.

All content on this site (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by or licensed to Eyechainz Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the value of your order.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy (available on our site).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
